Once the order is confirmed, our team can support customers with on-site installation guidance and operator training to ensure proper use of the glass lined equipment.

The minimum warranty period for our glass lined equipment is nine months. When high-grade imported enamel is used, the warranty can be extended to eighteen months.

If any quality issues occur during the warranty period, we provide free service until the problem is resolved and the customer is fully satisfied. For issues that arise after the warranty period, we continue to provide support through paid services.

In addition to manufacturing, we also offer professional maintenance and reglassing services, even for glass lined equipment not originally produced by our company.
