The dryers reach high vacuum levels and feature a simple internal structure with smooth, dead-angle-free surfaces. This design makes cleaning easier and ensures that materials are fully discharged. Because the rotating vessel prevents buildup on the walls, the dryers achieve a high heat transfer coefficient, shorten drying time compared with box-type dryers, and reduce material wear compared with mixing-type dryers, resulting in higher product quality. Depending on process requirements, the vessels can be supplied in glass lined steel or stainless steel. Sealing options include both mechanical seals and packing seals.
